KNOX is Warsaw’s first boutique HIIT studio. The 50-minute Run & Lift workout blends treadmill intervals and strength training with immersive lighting, music, and full coach guidance from start to finish. Every class is designed to push your limits, keep you focused, and leave you feeling stronger, sharper, and energized.

KNOX is a place for those who want their training to feel sharp, intentional and elevated. Each 50-minute class combines treadmill intervals with strength work on the bench, following a weekly structure of lower body, upper body and full body sessions. From warm-up to finisher, your coach sets the pace, refines your technique and keeps the energy high.
The immersive studio -red light, curated music and Technogym equipment, creates a focused, high-energy environment built for performance.
KNOX Cafe
After your session, we invite you to KNOX Cafe – a thoughtfully designed space dedicated to recovery, balance, and a moment of pause. Our menu features protein shakes made with superfoods and organic fruit, composed to support muscle recovery, restore energy, and deliver uncompromising quality in every ingredient. Each shake is a refined blend of flavour, function, and clean composition.
Our recovery zone is also where the KNOX community comes to life. In a relaxed, intimate atmosphere, over a post-workout shake, meaningful connections are formed – extending naturally beyond the studio and into everyday life.

Studio KNOX is located on Level -1. You can get there by lift or escalator from the main entrance to Fabryka Norblina. Underground parking is available on site – download the Fabryka Norblina app and enjoy a 50% discount on your first hour of parking.
