Craft spirit with distinct taste and aroma of cherries maturing slowly in our Polish orchards. It is being created according to spirit making traditions – without hurry. Our process begins during the summer with cherry harvesting and ends with oak barrel maturation. It requires time and sacrifice. Results of our work are available in two bottle sizes: 700 ml, 500 ml, 100 ml and 50 ml. Simple, natural ingredients, without additive – that is one-of-a-kind Wiśniewski. Water, cherries, alcohol and sugar – all it takes to create this 16% ABV unique alcoholic beverage.
