The DUKA brand has joined the group of tenants at our complex with a new showroom format based on experience, meetings and a conscious approach to cooking. DUKA at Norblin Factory is a space where the product offering is combined with knowledge, design and relationships built around everyday culinary rituals.
The new DUKA concept store is located in the Plater Building on level +1 and covers nearly 200 sq m, complemented by a terrace. The space stands out thanks to a completely new approach to interior design and product presentation — different from the brand’s previous stores. This format is a pilot project intended to set the direction for the further development of the brand’s brick-and-mortar network.
The showroom was designed with customer comfort and relaxed exploration of the offer in mind, free from purchase pressure. The interior layout encourages a focus on product quality, functionality and design, while customer relationships are built through authentic, practical advice. The salon’s team consists of people with real culinary experience, ensuring that recommendations are based on everyday practice rather than catalogue descriptions alone. Customers can expect concrete guidance on how to use cookware and accessories in real home settings.
DUKA also serves as a venue for meetings and events. Planned workshops, demonstrations and gatherings for cooking enthusiasts are intended to deepen product knowledge and build long-term relationships with customers. The showroom concept assumes the future development of this format in other major Polish cities, following an evaluation of the first implementation.
The opening of DUKA at the Norblin Factory strengthens the complex’s offering as a space where retail meets experience, education and urban lifestyle.
