Uwaga Kawa opens at Norblin Factory

Another venue has debuted in our complex, enriching the culinary offer of Norblin Factory — Uwaga Kawa. It is a breakfast and café concept that focuses on quality, freshness and an original approach to everyday flavours.

At Uwaga Kawa, all sweet treats are baked on site, while sandwiches, wraps and bowls are prepared daily using fresh ingredients. From 12:00 p.m., guests can also enjoy hearty soups, ideal for a quick lunch. After 3:00 p.m., Uwaga Kawa smoothly transitions into an afternoon and evening format, with plans to expand the evening menu after the New Year to include original, house-made snacks.

The name of the concept refers to a historic truck scale preserved to this day, located right next to the entrance from Ludwik Norblin’s Street. In the past, raw materials entering the factory grounds were weighed there in order to monitor their use and the quantities designated for reuse at later stages of production. Today, the scale is not only an authentic element of the site’s industrial past, but also a symbolic marker of the identity of both venues.

Uwaga Kawa covers an area of 146 sq m. It is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to midnight, and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to midnight. The venue accommodates up to 50 guests, and its space can be rented exclusively in the afternoons. A VIP room for up to 30 people is also available for hire from morning until night. Uwaga Kawa additionally offers a wide range of catering services — from finger food and snacks to breakfasts and buffet options. The team provides comprehensive organisation of corporate events, presentations, meetings, conferences and private events. Available spaces allow for hosting events for 30 to 200 guests, with a full catering offer and additional attractions.

The new venue is located in a space of exceptional historical significance. It once housed an administrative building that formed part of the outbuildings of Franciszek Ryx — chamberlain to the last King of Poland, Stanisław August Poniatowski. It is one of the oldest locations within Norblin Factory, dating back to the late 18th century.

Guests are invited to visit Uwaga Kawa, where the day begins with aromatic coffee and freshly baked pastries.
