Fashion Giant Joins Norblin Factory Tenants

The first stationary Answer.com store will be open in Norblin Factory and the PRM brand store will be moved here. In total, they will occupy nearly 2,500 sq m.

Answear.com is a leading digital sales platform for branded clothing, footwear and accessories, operating in 11 CEE countries including Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine. The company’s owners have chosen Warsaw’s Norblin Factory as their first and only brick-and-mortar store. This is also where they will move the store of the second brand, PRM, acquired earlier this year.

We will open two separate stores for PRM and Answear. In the former case, we are moving to a new, larger and much more prestigious location. As for Answear, we have not previously announced a plan to go into brick-and-mortar sales but we have been thinking about it for a long time. It will provide us with better conditions of cooperation with the brands and new possibilities of presenting top products, while our customers will have an opportunity to get acquainted live with limited collections and to feel the experience we want to be associated with,” said Krzysztof Bajołek, CEO of Answear.com.

The company has no plans to expand the physical network of Answear.com at this time, but the strategy for PRM is to grow across the board. The brand’s owners plan to have a flagship store in the capital of evry important country; hence, among others, the relocation of the store from Kraków to Warsaw.

The opening of Answear.com stores in the Norblin Factory is a great honour for us, as well as a confirmation that our complex meets the expectations of the most demanding tenants. It is also great news for our guests. Since the beginning, we have made sure that the Norblin Factory offers brands that are not available anywhere else. Expanding our offer with these two top fashion concepts will ensure an even better shopping experience,” said Marcin Juszczyk, Management Board member, CIO / CFO of Capital Park Group.

The two stores will occupy a total of nearly 2,500 sq. m of space in the Plater building and are scheduled to open in the first half of 2024. The lease has been signed for seven years.
