On 16 July, during the RealTimes Mid-Summer Night 2026 gala held at B’Fort in Warsaw, Norblin Factory received two of the three awards presented during the evening. The project was recognised in the Post Industrial Urban Rebirth and Urban Heritage Reincarnation categories, honouring its successful revitalisation of a historic site and its transformation into a vibrant, multifunctional destination.
RealTimes Mid-Summer Night brings together representatives of the real estate, architecture, urban regeneration, hospitality, culture, capital markets and premium lifestyle sectors. In addition to the awards ceremony, the event featured panel discussions exploring the future of cities, placemaking, and projects that successfully combine commercial value with social impact.
One of the speakers was Marcin Juszczyk, Managing Partner of Capital Park Group, who took part in the panel discussion “From Heritage to Destination Place.” The conversation focused on how revitalisation, culture, gastronomy and mixed-use concepts can transform historic buildings into destinations people want to return to. Marcin Juszczyk also spoke about the importance of collaboration between investors and developers, and about the role heritage-led projects can play in shaping the cities of the future.
