A new unique concept has been opened in Norblin Factory – the Wine First wine bar. It is a pleasant interior, made of natural materials and colors, wood, stone and plants. Food sharing and comfort food are two slogans reflecting the gastronomic side of the concept. All this wrapped in a loose and professional service at the same time. The Wine First restaurant is located in the historic Ludwika Norblin street.

The creator of the concept is Arkadiusz Kurowski – one of the most successful sommeliers in Poland. He gained his experience in Poland, Austria, Great Britain and Greece. He constantly improves his qualifications, achieving new titles and certificates, he turned his passion into work and work into passion. He can boast of such titles as Sommelier of the year 2022, Vice Champion of Poland of Sommeliers 2021 or Court of Master Sommelier Advanced. For years, he has been educating young adepts of the sommelier school and judges in Polish wine competitions.
