ISS World Services (ISS) has leased over 4,000 sq. m of office space at Norblin Factory, developed by the Capital Park Group in the Warsaw’s Wola district. ISS has chosen Poland as location of its new headquarter hub.
ISS A/S, a leading workplace experience and facility management company, has signed a lease contract for 4,000 sq m with Norblin Factory.
At Norblin Factory, the entire third floor in building A will from December 2021 become the permanent office location for the newly established ISS headquarter hub in Warsaw.
– We have set tall ambitions for our headquarter hub in Warsaw. We believe that the location in the revitalized commercial center of the city and the dynamic and international surroundings make Norblin Factory a perfect match for meeting our ambitions – says Olivier Gaspar, Head of GSS & ISS Hub Warsaw.
During the lease process the company was represented by Colliers International.
– Locating the ISS’ headquarters in the Norblin Factory was due to the uniqueness of the project, as well as its perfect location. Despite the fact that the transaction was conducted during the difficult time of the pandemic, the willingness to cooperate and the great involvement of all parties led to its satisfactory completion – says Bianka Kuchcińska, Associate Director at the Office Agency at Colliers.
The Capital Park Group develops and independently manages its facilities and has many years of experience in creating friendly and efficiently functioning places in the spirit of placemaking. The Group implements its own program Office+, based on an above-standard and creative approach to asset management. Its core features are high-quality architecture, intuitive and comfortably arranged interiors, promotion of sport, culture and art, as well as a range of additional services, such as a carpooling platform, concierge services or an office doctor – assistance service provided by qualified medical staff, equipped with an ambulance. The revitalized factory, due to its unique nature and a two-hectare post-industrial area transformed into over 65,000 sq.m. of commercial space, will undoubtedly be the flagship investment in the portfolio of Capital Park. Over 80% of office space in the Norblin Factory is already leased.
– We create places for people: customers, guests, employees, neighbors – that is why we put a lot of focus on the quality of our investment projects. For many years now, we have also built firm and friendly relations with the tenants of our buildings, we are in constant contact with them, we listen to their opinions and needs – because together with them we create friendly places that are willingly visited – says Kinga Nowakowska, operational director and member of the management board of the Capital Park Group.
The revitalization of the Norblin Factory, situated in the heart of Warsaw’s Wola district, is finally coming to an end. The complex will be opened for visitors in Q3 this year. The area will provide its future users with 65,000 sq.m. of usable area, with 41,000 sq.m. of A+ class office space, and with the remaining 24,000 sq.m. filled with entertainment, culture, food, service and retail concepts. The retail part of the revitalized complex will include e.g. BioBazar (1,800 sq.m.) – the first market in Poland offering only organic products, or a food hall with 26 original restaurant concepts (3,200 sq.m.). The office part of the complex will house also such tenants, as Allegro.pl (16,200 sq.m.) and the Global Business Services Center Japan Tobacco International (8,500 sq.m.). The revitalized factory will also become a cultural destination, owing to such concepts as the boutique cinema with seven screening rooms (3,300 sq.m.), supported by the Directors Guild of Poland, moving their office to the Norblin Factory. The future visitors will be able to enjoy live concerts at the Piano Bar. Also a music and concert club will be set up in one of the historic halls. The first fully interactive and digital art gallery in Poland – ART BOX Experience – will take up the area of nearly 800 sq.m. there.
