PKO Koncept is the bank’s new approach to the branch network. Branches of this type of offer service in unusual interiors referring to local traditions, and are filled with technological innovations. They meet all customer needs in one place: consulting, sales, education and support in using remote channels. The 8th branch of PKO Bank Polski in the Norblin Factory is not only a bank – it is also a place where art enthusiasts will see works from the bank’s rich collections.

In modernized branches, apart from traditional service, they have self-service solutions at their disposal. As a technology bank, we want to make it easier for customers to contact the bank and support them in self-service. This is what the next PKO Koncept facility opened today at the Norblin Factory offers. There are new technologies, digital solutions, as well as education and consulting at the highest level – emphasized Iwona Duda, President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski, during the opening of the new branch.
Many of those visiting the Norblin Factory are young people for whom ecology is very important. Therefore, in the local branch of PKO Bank Polski, there are no traditional leaflets and posters – the most important information about the bank and its offer are displayed on monitors. Most of the activities can be performed by clients with the assistance of advisers on touch screens or by using their smartphones. The facility has also been equipped with a self-service internet point. Thanks to these solutions, customers can learn how to use remote channels. Such solutions allow to reduce the need for paper printouts, which has a direct impact on ecology and environmental protection.
To emphasize the uniqueness and modernity of this place, a hologram which displays elements related to the bank’s identification has been installed. Unusually arranged places for clients to meet with an advisor make the visit to the branch even more enjoyable. The department has both meeting rooms and a space for shorter talks. Checkout desks are also available.
The new arrangement ensures discretion and comfort of use. An ATM with a cash deposit machine function is available for customers and is open 24 hours a day. At the branch, customer service is provided by 7 business line advisors – individual clients, personal banking and mortgage loans.
